Since the establishment, TIPTOP has focused on the purpose of "excellent quality, ultimate achievement", adhering to innovation, efficiency and a high sense of social responsibility, committed to road pavement industry, and provided services to the relevant testing technology industries. TIPTOP participated drafting and formulating standards of the Chinese Ministry of Transportation. We encouraged and helped students from poor families to realize their college dreams. "TIPTOP Outstanding Student Scholarship" provides a funding platform for outstanding students, and promotes school-enterprise cooperation to jointly cultivate modern science and engineering talents. For this reason, TIPTOP has established the scholarship in many universities.
