Germany  WILLE This fully automatic electromechanical apparatus is designed to perform Constant Rate of Strain under different range of temperatures of sample with Controlled Back Pressure. It includes of a loading frame (table top or Floor Type),CRS consolidation cell , load cell, external displacement transducer , automatic back pressure controller(pressure system) , Pore water pressure transducer, cooling and heating package and dedicated software which runs automatically all types of required tests which are pre-programmed in software.



During the test back pressure applies on sample automatically by using one of our models of Volume Pressure controllers (VPC).This automatic Electromechanical pressure volume controller is a syringe pulse-less pump which generate and regulate pressure and provide flow control in a variety range of pressures from 1 MPa to 32Mpa.

The loading frame accept different types of consolidation cells therefor many tests could be performed per as different international standards e.g fixed and floating cells, K0 cell, swelling pressure cell and etc. It also can be upgraded for static Triaxial tests as well.


The THM-CRS cell like the other consolidation cells confines the specimen in a stiff stainless-steel ring and prevent any lateral displacement and by use of a temperature control package, the temperature of the sample can be controlled in different temperature ranges. A direct operation and calibration of the device is possible by control unit with keypad and LC-display. The control element made by Siemens Company is an advanced controller which allows the user to enter the numerical values and control the system by other function keys easily.


The Load frame enables the operator to apply different mode of loadings on the specimen therefor the load frame would be a universal load frame for many consolidations or either Triaxial tests (if the large model is selected). The device is equipped with advanced GEOsys software which gives the possibility to users to run all the test stages completely automatic and there is no need pf pretense of operator during the test.

Thm Cell (Temperature Controlled)

This advanced thermo-hydro-mechanical stainless-steel temperature-controlled cell enables the user for simultaneous control of temperature, and stress, strain and swelling pressure controlled oedometer tests under temperature-controlled conditions.

The cell is surrounded by a tubular heating/cooling coil and the cooling/heating fluid circulates through it and changes the temperature of the sample. The cell includes of temperature sensors for closed loop control of temperature to reach desired temperature with Small temperature gradient in sample during test. There is an upgrading version which applies gradient temperature along the specimen height as well.

Automatic Pressure / Volume Controller (VPC)

Automatic Electromechanical pressure volume controller is a syringe pulse-less pump which generate and regulate pressure and provide flow control in a variety range for different applications e.g. cell pressure, back pressure or air pressure for unsaturated tests. Different modes of pressure control e.g. constant pressure, pressure ramps, constant volume flow is available with using of this pump. It has Compact and space saving design (for wall-mounting or table use) and has different modes of pressure control (e.g. constant pressure, pressure ramps, constant volume flow).This series of pumps are able to generate a hydraulic pressure from 1 up to 32MPa .


Pore-Water Pressure Sensor

Calibrated Pore Water pressure sensor with integrated Amplifier and flushing part to avoid air inclusions or bubbles in pressure lines or transducer membranes up to 2 Mpa.

SIEMENS Industrial Controller

The operation of the device requires the direct input of numerical values besides the use of the function keys. The control element made by Siemens Company is an advanced control panel which allows the user to enter the numerical values and control the system by other function keys easily. You need just to enter the values and press the run Key to start the operation.

The operator panel gives the user access to all functions in the operation and service menu. This enables the user to start and run the pump as well as conduct calibration if needed. These controls are instinctive and simple to use. All functions, such as actual status, flow rate and information on the pressure pumping ramp can be seen on the LCD display on the front of the device.
