
APS (Wille Geotechnik®) has been successfully manufacturing and providing variety range ofelectromechanical loading systems for cyclic geotechnical applications for many years in differentranges.This machine gives a lot of flexibilities to the users to run advanced cyclic tests with high taccuracy and add different upgrading module to system to reach the required testing applications.Our system comes with a powerful dynamic controller up to 10KHz and this makes a unique featurefor our machines in dynamic testing field. A unique and flexible software along with components bring you different possibilities to use the device and run your test in a better way.
The column less loading system applies the static and cyclic loads from bottom of Triaxial cell. The top of cell is free operating space to facilitate installation of sample or local strain measuring devices.
The Triaxial cell is connected to a lifting mechanism which lift the cell wall up and gives easy way to operator to handle the cell. The load piston has the possibility to compensate cell pressure changes effected by the volume change of the piston inside the triaxial cell during cyclic and static tests.It gives an accurate control of defined phasecontrol between axial and confining pressure.
The high-quality electromechanical actuator in combination with operating software is able to generate and apply different types of loading waveform can be given to the sample e.g.Sinusoidal, Square, Triangular, Rectangle, Ramp signal and user defined waveform. GEOsys software in combination with other components and this loading frame performs all your triaxial tests automatically and withou toperator assistance during the test period.

Column Free Cyclic Electromechanical Load Frame
This loading system is specially designed and configured for cyclic Triaxial tests and use compensated ram technology. The system includes a special load pistol construction to compensate cell-pressure changes affected by the volume change of the movement of piston in and out of the triaxial cell.
Static and dynamic load applies from the bottom of triaxial cell. At top of cell there is a free operating space to facilitate installation of sample, or force measuring device or etc. It can be used for all requirements of seismic research, and all kinds of stress and strain path tests.
The powerful multifunctional GEOsys Software supports all the test procedures with a well access to all testing sessions. The control panel is used to control the axial load, which consists of the Main switch,Emergency stop switch, Start button.

Soil Triaxial Cell
This series of Stress path Triaxial cells designed for advanced static and dynamic soil testing to test cylindrical soil specimens with diameters from 38mm up to 150 mm, a length/diameter ratio of at least 2under triaxial conditions. The cells cover variety range of tests which is required in the geotechnical labs.

High Pressure Triaxial Cell
This is an advanced high-pressure/high temperature triaxial cell designed to test cylindrical specimens with diameters of up to 102mm, a length/diameter ratio of at least 2 under triaxial high pressure/temperature conditions up to 50MPa.

Static Cell And Back Pressure System
The cell and back pressure can be generated and controlled automatically by different configurations depends on the testing applications, laboratory utilities and technical requirements in a variety range of pressure and for different applications With both below configuration which automatic and are controlled via PC, Tests such as Saturation, stress/strain path, permeability, K0 and other tests can be easily performed with accuracy and precision.
A) Air Pressure Controller (APC)
The standard configuration of this series includes of one-off Air pressure controller (APC) to generate air pressures (e.g. confining and pore pressure), two-off Air/Water Bladder which acts as an interface to exchange pneumatic pressure into hydraulic pressure and one -off automatic water volume measuring device to measure volume changes.
This system is fully automatic system and is controlled via PC and dedicated software.

B) Volume Pressure Controller (VPC)
This method included of two Volume Pressure controllers for applying back pressure and Cell pressure. These are syringe pulse-less pumps which generate and regulate pressure and provide flow control in a variety range for different testing requirements.
The control of the units is simply done via Touch-panel for stand-alone use or via PC and dedicated software. This making them very convenient and easy to operate.
Digital Controller
Digital High-Speed High Resolution Expandable Real Time Control and data acquisition System 10KHz control and data acquisition and 24 bit resolution. The Dynamic controller is suitable for screw driven instruments(electromechanical) , hydraulic instruments with a valve driven with ±10 Volt and variety of sensors e.g. load cells, LVDTs, strain gauges, extensometers, thermocouples and etc.
The multi-functionality of the controller allows a modular design of the measurement and control parameters (sensors) via intelligent sensor plug, which store the calibration parameters, thus depending on the application can be used flexibly.
